Travel to Spain. BEACH "SOTAVENTO"

   Snow-white sand, washed by the Atlantic Ocean - this is the magnificent beach "Sotavento" with a length of 30 km. Despite the huge area, it is still far from civilization; being here, tourists get into conditions of wild nature. 

   This is a real paradise for those who like to walk alone in the seclusion in the surf and listen to the songs of the waves in seclusion. Since the beach is very large, you can always find a deserted place, however, for this sometimes you need to walk along the snow-white sand a few kilometers.

   Another miracle of Sotavento is the ebb and flow. When the water retreats the width of the beach in individual places reaches 1 km or more, and in numerous shallow lagoons, water warms up to air temperature.

   The beach is located on Fuerteventura - the most "African" island of the Canary Islands (from here to the Black Continent only 100 km). Its name is translated from Spanish as "strong wind", and just walking along the shore, you can be sure that the name is given not by chance. The wind here always blows, it can be strong and piercing, or maybe light and mischievous, but complete calm is excluded. It is no accident that Sotavento is a favorite place for wind and kitesurfing competitions.

A plane from Madrid to the airport of the island of Tenerife in the cities of Santa Cruz de Tenerife or Playa de las Americas - from 110 € in both directions; 

then plane to the city of Puerto del Rosario on the island of Fuerteventura. 

Then the bus to the city of Morro del Jable - to 10 €, 1.5 hours. 

The beach is located 10 km from the city.
