Travel to Spain. MONTE-PERDIDO

   In the heart of the Spanish Pyrenees there are limestone peaks, similar to the ridge of a huge dragon, the most famous of which is the summit of Monte Perdido (3355 m) (in the translation from Spanish and French the "lost mountain"), the third highest peak in the Pyrenees. 

   Here are the deepest canyons in Europe and the largest glacial circuses, in villages and on farms on both sides of the mountain the way of life does not change for centuries, and pastoral landscapes are pleasing to the eye.

   High-mountainous areas are home to numerous animals and birds, the flora of this mountainous area is widely represented by endemic plants.

The bus from Barcelona to the city of Huesca - about 20 €, 4.5 h;

then a bus to the village of Torla with a transfer in the city of Sabiñanigo - about 5 €, 1.5 hours.
